Water is too important a thing to go unnoticed when you are on a fat loss program. People hardly pay any attention to the role which water plays in their bodies in daily life, it is taken for granted. Most of the people drink water only when they feel thirsty and their throat is literally dry. In fact water should be consumed just like any diet is,
'timely'. Yes, there is a proper way to consume water, from
warm glass of water every morning on an empty stomach, water should be consumed just about every hour, along with a proper diet plan and a workout plan, what makes difference is how efficient your digestive system is, and water is the thing which makes your digestive system function faster.
You may have heard people say
drinking warm water every morning just after you wake up helps, it actually does. Here are some benefits of drinking warm water first every morning.
- Cleanses Digestion -The simple logic behind this is that when you provide warm water to an empty stomach, it helps in cleaning the internal system and helps to push out the waste which has already gathered from the last night.

When i was on my weight loss journey, i used a glass of water which could contain
350ml of water, and i ensured that i had that glass every hour, in order to provide much fluid to my body to function smoothly. I used to have around
12-15 glasses, now you can calculate how many liters it makes.
Now comes the question of what kind of water should be consumed,

But keep in mind, this doesn't mean that you would go all crazy to drink water just like anything, Too much of water may also cause you problems, like loose motions which is even more harmful, you don't want to visit toilet quite frequently.
